The authorized workshop of Oghab Afshan in Mashhad was recently certified by the Scania auditors according to Scania Dealer Operating Standard (DOS), version 4. Oghab Afshan Company, as the Scania’s official representative for manufacture of buses and coaches, has taken the steps required for updating the mandatory after sales service standards and obtaining the satisfaction of its customers. The company’s workshops in different provinces of Iran are improving their after sales service structure to facilitate the DOS certification. The Oghab Afshan’s authorized workshops in Tehran, Tabriz and Yazd had already obtained the certificate.

Scania Dealer Operating Standard sets the standard for what is expected when Scania provide services throughout the world. It offers principles for meeting – or even exceeding customer expectations. It creates a solid foundation to provide excellent customer service. All of the Scania’s representatives are required to implement the standard in their sales and after sales service centers.
